The OxyMed AirSmart Auto BiLevel is designed for obstructive sleep apnea patients who find CPAP therapy challenging. Two pressure levels — higher IPAP on inhalation, lower EPAP on exhalation — combined with the FlowSens algorithm, which detects central sleep apnea events and protects against inappropriate pressure responses.
