These terms apply to the purchase of medical equipment from SAIMAA Medical Devices.
01Product & Price
Product prices displayed on the website are applicable to the respective products/variants at the time of purchase. Product availability and final order confirmation are subject to confirmation by Sai Maa Medical Devices. Prices, specifications, availability and product details may be updated from time to time.
02Order Confirmation
An order will be considered confirmed only after the order details have been accepted/confirmed by Sai Maa Medical Devices. In case of any discrepancy in product availability, pricing or order information, our team may contact the customer before final confirmation.
03Product Usage & Emergency Medical Care
Medical equipment should be used only for its intended purpose and as advised by the treating doctor or qualified healthcare professional. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the selected equipment is appropriate for the patient's requirements. Sai Maa Medical Devices provides product information and guidance but does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. In case of an emergency, sudden deterioration in the patient's condition, or any situation requiring immediate medical attention, the customer/user must promptly seek professional emergency medical care and proceed to the nearest hospital or emergency department. Medical equipment purchased from Sai Maa Medical Devices should not be considered a substitute for emergency medical treatment. Sai Maa Medical Devices will not be liable for any loss, injury, medical complication or other consequence arising from failure or delay in seeking appropriate emergency medical care, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
04Delivery
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the product, location, availability and delivery requirements. Applicable delivery/freight charges, if any, will be communicated as applicable. For equipment requiring installation or setup, applicable installation arrangements/charges will be communicated separately.
05Inspection on Delivery
Customers should inspect the product and its accessories at the time of delivery wherever possible. Any visible damage, missing accessory or delivery-related discrepancy should be reported to Sai Maa Medical Devices at the earliest.
06Warranty & Service
Where a product carries a manufacturer's warranty, warranty coverage will be governed by the respective manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions. Warranty coverage may vary from product to product. Warranty does not automatically cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorised modification or improper handling, where excluded by the applicable manufacturer's warranty.
07Returns, Cancellation & Refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are subject to the applicable product category, manufacturer policy and Sai Maa Medical Devices' applicable return policy. Certain medical equipment/products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety or product-specific considerations. Customers should contact Sai Maa Medical Devices before returning any product.
08Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery and order information. The customer must use the equipment responsibly and according to the manufacturer's instructions and professional medical advice. Sai Maa Medical Devices will not be responsible for consequences arising from improper use or use contrary to medical/technical guidance.
09Payment
Payment must be completed through the payment method made available by Sai Maa Medical Devices at the time of purchase. An order may be processed only after successful payment/confirmation, where applicable.
10Product Information
Product images are provided for representation and may vary slightly from the actual product due to photography, display settings or manufacturer updates. Product specifications should be verified before purchase where a particular specification is critical to the customer's requirement.
11Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Sai Maa Medical Devices, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these purchase terms and conditions.
